This article outlines how to use Vantaca Pay's Express Pay feature after you receive a payment text reminder. Express Pay is currently only available through text to homeowners that receive text message payment reminders and is rolling out on an ongoing basis.
Express Pay is Vantaca Pay's streamlined payment solution that delivers a quick and convenient way for homeowners to make payments. It follows strict security protocols to ensure all payments are processed safely and securely.

When you receive the payment reminder text, tap the link.
The payment page opens with the full balance due selected as default.
- Ensure that the balance is correct and that you want to pay this entire balance.
OR
If you wish to pay another amount tap Other Amount, enter the amount you wish to pay, and click Next.
Note: If you have a balance on your account, Express Pay will use that first and only charge the remaining amount to pay the balance.
- Tap your desired payment method.

If you select Credit Card or Wallet, you can then select a saved credit card or pay with a new card.
Note: If you have set up Apple Pay or Google Pay, these options also display and you can click them to proceed through the Apple Pay or Google Pay payment process.
OR
If you select Bank Account you can select from a saved bank account or pay with a new account. -
If you selected to pay with a saved card or bank account, tap to select the desired saved payment method. The following images show a selected MasterCard and a selected bank account:
Note: The processing fee is dynamic and adjusts according to your selected payment method.

If you selected to pay with a new card or bank account, the appropriate area opens where you can provide the new information on the screen:
- Credit Card: Enter the new credit card information in the appropriate fields.

Bank Account: Enter your information on the screen and search for or select the bank from which you want to add an account. Follow the instructions on the screens to add the account.
Note: You can enable Save payment method for future use to add this payment method to your saved methods.

Tap Confirm & Pay.
A New Payment confirmation text displays. Take note of the Payment Amount and Processing Fee.

Tap Confirm & Pay.
A Payment Complete notification text displays. Vantaca recommends that you take a screenshot of this page for your records.
- (Optional) Tap Log In to Vantaca Home to open the Vantaca Home Login screen.
